Large patio window fitted

When We ordered our sliding patio window for our new extension Gary at St Helens was very Informative giving us lots of options without being pushy. He has great customer service and I would definitely recommend. When it was fitted at a later date the fitters were courteous and Cleaned up after themselves. It was an exceptionally heavy window and needed several people to carry it but they did it very well.

Replacing windows

The windows are excellent quality and have definitely improved the appearance of our house. The fitters were very conscientious and completed the work to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the service from start to finish.

Replacement Porch Window

Surveyor priced replacement porch window, and e-mailed quote was received promptly. Work was booked in, with advice that there would be a delay, due to Covid. After a short period of time, date and time was agreed for the work to be completed. It was to the desired budget, and as scheduled. Workmen went about their business quietly, without fuss, and were most efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, after they had finished. The job was excellent, and perfectly matched our existing porch/ glass. We used the company, due to having used them before, when we replaced our front door. The work was to a very high standard. No complaints whatsoever. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Composite front door with arch and low threshold

Gary was very pleasant, helpful and informative. He was very supportive after we had a very poor experience with a previous supplier. He also ensured that our door was fitted within a tight time schedule. The team who measured the door did a great job, the arch and door was an exact fit. The door fitters worked very hard, they were pleasant and efficient and did an excellent job of fitting the front door. They left everything clean and nothing was too much trouble. All the people at Qualplas are very good at what they do. They care enough to make a difference. We will not hesitate to go to them for our next job and would recommend them to others. A first-class team means a first-class job, thank you all.

Excellent

Because of covid Qualplas did inform me at the time of placing my order how busy they were. They kept me informed all the time. The workmen were clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. I was pleased with the quality of the product and workmanship in the fitting. Would recommend.
