one year. At the end of that year they are obliged
to demonstrate their competence in order to gain
another certificate.
Policing the network
Every customer
is sent a Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire on completion
of an installation. This allows you to praise or
criticise as appropriate. You return it directly
to Network VEKA in confidence and any problem is
immediately looked into by Network VEKA.
